This short course focuses on how teachers and trainers select and apply training methodologies in real teaching situations. Rather than presenting methods as fixed solutions, the course explores method selection as a professional judgement that must balance learning objectives, participant prerequisites, risk levels, and demands for transfer to practice.

Participants gain insight into how different methodological choices shape learning, engagement, and applicability, particularly in vocational and technical training contexts within the automotive and mobility sectors.
